U.S. $10 Indian gold coins, MS62
|
Minted from 1907 to 1933, $10 Indian gold eagles are a favorite among collectors because of their beautiful design. In Mint State 62 condition are an excellent value in today's market. They combine true scarcity, large gold content, and a popular design at a very low price.
Designed by the world famous American sculptor Augustus Saint-Gaudens, who also created the renowned $20 Saint-Gaudens double eagle, these hefty gold coins feature the fascinating portrait of Liberty in full Indian headdress on the obverse, and a majestic standing American eagle on the reverse.
True scarcity, excellent value
$10 Indians were minted by the millions but almost all were used as currency. Very few of these classic coins survive today in any condition, let alone in Brilliant Uncirculated Mint State 62. Their true scarcity can mean higher premiums during periods of peak demand.
Unlike most forms of gold bullion, they are exempt from broker reporting requirements. In our opinion, they're better than bullion for bulk gold buyers.
